Below is a letter from Ms. James in April 2009, with her signature, confirming receipt of documents (My fathers copies of loans from the bank) that I had sent her in hopes of having her help clarify the matter. Just last week she told me that she never received any documents from me.....!!
Here the INCOMPLETE Credit Report which was sent to us. This only highlites activites from 1975 - 1993. Where is the information after 1993...while my father was still paying a monthly mortgage......I have asked Ms. James to provide me with this but to date she is still unable to....Now she is even IGNORING my calls...... Can anyone tell me how to get an up to date Credit Report!!!!!!!
